Every Thursday Morning at 7:30 a.m., Patrick Melroy will be conducting a public flag raising and lowering ceremony at the Public Flag Pole sculpture on the corner of Victoria and State Streets.

Each month, the flags that will be raised and lowered are selected by Patrick himself; however, he would like to see the amazing designs of the local Santa Barbara community.
