The Santa Barbara County Office of Arts and Culture is proud to administer the City of Santa Barbara’s Community Arts, Organizational Development and Events and Festivals Grants as well as the County of Santa Barbara’s Community Arts Enrichment Grants.
To streamline and simplify the process for both applicants and panelists, all grant applications must now be submitted online through the new Community Grants Portal.
